Strong Not Skinny.

I'm Fidel, the owner of Only Gains. This started with my family, long before it was a clothing brand.

My daughters and I had been through some hard times. I wanted us to find strength together, so I asked them to try weightlifting with me. We didn't need to fit someone else's idea of how we should look. We could focus on getting stronger, mentally and physically.

At the gym, one of my daughters would ask if we were going to get those gains. My answer was "Only Gains." That became our name. Strong Not Skinny became our message.

I've always loved lifting, but training with my daughters gave it a different purpose. It was about showing up for them, seeing them find their strength, and keeping going together.

Only Gains is for anyone who has ever felt out of place in a gym, judged by their size, or unsure they belong. You don't have to be skinny to be strong. Sometimes strength starts with walking through the door.

When you wear Strong Not Skinny, I want it to be a reminder: "I'm strong. I'm here."

Strength in your mind, strength in your body, and the choice to keep going.
